I've packed and sent ceramics for many years and take great care to make sure your order arrives safely.

If your pottery does arrive damaged, please email me as soon as possible. I'll work with you to make things right.

Standard delivery: $12 nationwide

Your order will be sent with Aramex and will include tracking. I'll email your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Rural delivery: $17 nationwide

If you live at a rural address, please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout.

Free shipping promotions and coupons are not valid for rural addresses.

If you select standard delivery for a rural address, I'll need to contact you for the additional postage payment before your order can be sent.
