my story
My love of pottery began when I was just fourteen years old. From that very first class, I knew working with clay was something I wanted to keep exploring.
Over the years, I continued learning wherever life took me, fitting ceramic classes around work, raising our twins, and family life.
Originally from Southern California, I moved to Napier, New Zealand, with my husband in 2007. Once we settled here, I finally had the opportunity to dedicate more time to my ceramics. My husband built the pottery studio and gallery where I still create every piece by hand today.
